Is there a cancellation policy with online sessions?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy, so if something comes up and you are unable to conduct the session to let us know 24 hours before the session or a cancellation fee may apply. You can cancel your appointment at any time by contacting us via phone : (+353) 76 680 1060 or by email at hq@mymind.org The fee for cancellation less than 12 hours before the appointment was due to take place is €20, and the fee for no showing for an appointment is the cost of that session.
